On the photo above you can see what it looks like today. Smoke from the stovepipe shows that it's already warm inside!
I'm sure, it's God's miracle, His gift from heaven. We have been dreaming about it for a long time. The Lord has heard our prayers and answered! He has provided helpers in Russia and sponsors in the United States who
have made our dream come true. As you can see on the photos, the hall is ready for worship and other church activity, such as learning Christmas songs with children.
During the last months we worked mostly inside the building. We put floor tiles in the hall for worship and made walls in the second part of the building. Now there is a dining hall, pastor’s office, a restroom and a special room for electrical equipment. We made stairs to the second floor where we'll accomodate our guests and hold seminars, and set up a heater in the hall.
We almost finished drainage and the pavement around the building to drain the foundation and keep it warm.
Even though our winter does not always give us a treat – sometimes the temperature drops below -4° F – we were able to install the sewerage.
Without the excavator we would not be able to dig this ditch for a detritus tank. Sometimes there are more vehicles than people on the site.
Pastor's lot is not easy but pleasant –to preach the Gospel and make drainage by hand.
I work with drainage and electricity myself. But we have three workers who do other work. Together we're going to winterize the outside walls and cover them with siding.
Please support us in prayer since we don't have enough funds for that. It’s getting really cold here and we must do our best to prepare the building for winter. $7,000 will cover the expenses for this work.
Thanks to all those who participate in our building project, pray for us and support us financially. We always thank God for you and pray He will bless you this Christmas season.
